The first issue is that Mr Matthew Powe applied for a bail application at The Central Criminal Court on Monday 30th September 2013 (as on intentional purpose – on the Vitalis’s funeral day…) This resulted in Mr Matthew POWE being released on conditional bail by the Judge. The Judge imposed the following conditions:
– £60,000 security (this sum has been paid in full before release)
– Live and sleep at an address in SWANSEA.
– Report every Mon, Wed and Fri at a Police Station in Swansea between 12 and 2 pm.
– Not to contact any prosecution witnesses directly or indirectly
– Not to access any social media site.
2nd: He denied murdering Vitalis Katakinas at the Old Bailey court yesterday (on 21st October 2013). He was bailed until a trial on 5th May 2014. The case remains the same: MURDER.
Everyone was equally surprised by the bail application that has been granted… But we have lots of time to build the best case to achieve the best result for Vitalis.

(Crying as i type.) I can’t select ‘like’ as there is nothing to like about this horrendous living nightmare you are all going through. Praying justice will be done. Fifth of May 2014 will come quickly because you all busy setting up a case. Christmas time will come first. At this time when unbearable times come and you think you can’t go on tell everyone so we pray longer, keep doing what you are doing and just think of Vitalis. He not want you to feel overwhelmed with despair (easy me to say) try celebrate as Vitalis would want you. Doing this you are honoring him and not letting his murderer kill you or any more lives. Please i NOT intend make light what you going though. I don’t know how i could cope you all amazing being strong for Vitalis. Just want encourage you. Sending hugs. As always you are in my payers.
